RF metal tube lasers are the best technology for sealed CO2 lasers. Unlike their glass tube counterparts (popular on Chinese laser machines) these tubes can be regased and refurbished to original manufacturer specifications. Typical lifetimes are 40,000 hours, so no need to refill for five years.
